It’s a great opportunity to work in a modern facility, get steady pay, and grow your career with America’s largest retailer. If you’re interested, apply soon—we’re hiring for both full-time and part-time roles, and you can start right away.

  • Position: Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour
  • Location: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia & Nationwide (USA) — Openings available near your zip code.

Shifts Available:

  • Full-time positions (day or night shifts available)
  • Part-time and flexible roles (great for students or anyone looking for extra income)
  • Overnight and weekend shifts (usually pay extra shift differentials!)

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive & Freight Handling: Unload shipments, check everything over, and scan groceries and merchandise into the warehouse system with handheld devices.
  • Order Filling (Pick & Pack): Grab store orders, pick the right items, and pack them up carefully in boxes or on pallets so they’re ready for shipping.
  • Stock & Inventory: Sort, stack, and place products on warehouse shelves. Use tracking tech to keep everything organized and easy to find.
  • Ship Orders: Load packed pallets and other merchandise onto trucks, making sure Walmart stores and online customers get what they need—on time.
  • Safety First: Keep your space clean, organized, and safe—follow all facility safety rules, every day.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years+
  • No high school diploma or GED? Not necessary for most entry-level roles.
  • Punctuality is important — you must be able to arrive at work on time.
  • Must be comfortable standing and walking for long periods, and capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs.

Benefits:

  • No experience? No problem. Walmart gives you all the training you need from day one, and you get paid while you pick up the skills.
  • Every associate gets a special discount card, so you can save money on groceries and everything else—both in-store and online.
  • Want to earn more? There are plenty of chances for overtime, and Walmart pays time and a half when you work those extra hours. Some shifts also pay even better.
  • Full-time employees get solid benefits: medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) to help with retirement.
  • And forget about needing a car or a driver’s license. Unlike delivery gigs, everything you do is indoors—no driving around required.
