Walmart wants Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our virtual team. What You’ll Do:

• Customer Support: Help Walmart customers over the phone, chat, or email with stuff like order tracking, refunds, or account questions.
• Problem Solving: Jump on customer issues fast, work out solutions for missing packages, and make sure their shopping experience stays positive.
• Navigate Systems: Use Walmart’s internal tools to check store inventory and update online order statuses.
• Maintain Quality: Always follow Walmart’s standards for friendly, helpful service—keep it professional and efficient whenever you help out.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have an internet connection that is fast and reliable. It is better if you have an Ethernet connection.
• The customer service job requires you to be reliable and punctual and to type and talk at the time.
