• Position: Warehouse Associate / Logistics Specialist (Supply Chain & Inventory)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Enjoy shift premiums for late afternoon, overnight, and weekend schedules!)
• Location: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia & Nationwide (USA) — Logistics hubs and supply chain facilities available near your zip code.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time and part-time positions with excellent long-term schedule stability.
• Standard day shifts, afternoon/evening blocks, and dedicated overnight shifts available.

What You’ll Do:

• Freight Receipt and Processing: Receive domestic and international freight shipments, review documentation, and ensure proper paperwork.
• Inventory and Tracking: Utilize state-of-the-art digital scanners to record product information, organize storage locations, and account for valuable customer inventory.
• Order Picking and Packing: Pick products off the shelves with digital pick-lists and pack orders in accordance with worldwide shipping regulations.
• Use Warehouse Equipment: Work with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment, and attend training courses for licensing at company expense if necessary.
• Safety Requirements: Adhere to FedEx Logistics safety procedures and keep the workplace neat and accident-free.

Requirements:

• Age requirement: 18+ years old minimum.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for many facility roles.
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working with basic digital devices or scanning technology.
• Physically capable—able to stand, walk, and bend throughout your shift, and lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
