Walmart needs Delivery Team Associates for our in-store digital operations. If you like being busy, enjoy using technology, and want to help online shoppers get what they need fast, you’ll probably fit right in. We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time—plus, you get paid training from day one.

• Position: Delivery Team Associate (In-Store / Online Grocery Pickup)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 – $27.00 per hour (Varies by location & experience)
• Location: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia & Nationwide (USA) — Openings available near your zip code.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time and part-time positions available to fit your lifestyle.

What you’ll do:

• Pick Orders: You’ll grab a handheld device and walk the aisles, tracking down and scanning everything customers ordered online—groceries, merchandise, you name it.
• Pack & Organize: You make sure the items stay fresh by sorting them into fridge or freezer bins, so everything’s in the right spot and ready for pickup.
• Curbside Loading: When orders are ready, you take them out to the pickup parking slots and load groceries straight into customers’ trunks.
• Customer Service: You’ll greet folks at curbside with a smile and make sure they get quick, friendly service.
• Stay Tidy: It’s up to you to keep the digital staging area clean and organized, so everything runs smoothly.

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent not needed for many positions at this company.
• Always on time, reliable, and able to walk/stand for hours.
• Physically able to carry up to 40-50 pounds and endure all sorts of weather (as you will go outside briefly to load vehicles).
