Waste Management (WM) is seeking motivated, empathetic, and tech-savvy Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding virtual operations team. What You’ll Do:

• Answer Questions from Customers: Be available to assist both residential and commercial clients over the phone, through live chats or email about their collection schedule and bin replacement.
• Facilitate Billing Process: Enable clients to make their payment on a monthly basis and provide assistance for setting up an automated payment process.
• Facilitate Routing Information: With the help of internal digital databases of WM, take care of client inquiries and instantly communicate with local dispatching offices and drivers of trucks.
• Provide Valuable Service: Follow the same philosophy of waste management of being friendly and professional while providing valuable service to everyone.

Requirements:

• Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old.
• Requires an office space within your home, which will have a separate door for privacy and to minimize noise.
• Internet access – Preferably wired (ethernet) to reduce database errors.
• Ability to multitask on the computer while communicating with a customer (for example, viewing maps or account balances while interacting with customers).
• Previous environmental logistics experience not required but a friendly customer-first approach is appreciated!
