• Position: Warehouse Associate / Material Handler (Distribution Center Operations)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 – $21.50 per hour (Plus shift differentials for night/weekend blocks and productivity bonuses!)
• Location: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia & Nationwide (USA) — Major distribution hubs located near your area.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time and part-time slots with highly structured and stable schedules.
• Multiple shift configurations available: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), and 3rd Shift (Overnight).
• Flexible 4-day work weeks (10-hour shifts) are frequently available, giving you 3 full days off every single week!

What You’ll Do:

• Cargo Receiving & Unloading: Safely unload the cargo that arrives at your warehouse by using manual power or equipment available at your disposal in the warehouse.
• Picking & Packaging: Scan and select items from shelves using portable digital RF scanners in order to fill orders from stores.
• Inventory Storage & Staging: Handle inventory products by placing and stacking them appropriately within designated areas in the warehouse.
• Preparation of Deliveries: Prepare the inventory for shipment by labeling and securely loading the items on trucks heading to neighborhood stores.
• Safety: Adhere to the company’s safety policy at all times during the handling of equipment within the warehouse.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or previous warehouse experience strictly required for entry-level positions.
• Physically active—capable of standing, walking, bending for long periods, and lifting packages up to 50 lbs safely.
• Always dependable, on time, and comfortable working in a high-volume, collaborative team setup.
