Waste Management (WM) operations are seeking dependable, safety-conscious, and hardworking Delivery & Route Drivers to join our essential environmental services team. - Position: Waste Management Route Driver
- Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00 – $34.00 per hour (Earn even higher rates with overtime, safety bonuses, and early-morning shifts!)

What You’ll Do:
- Drive Route Vehicles: Operate fleet-owned collection trucks, utility vans, or local route vehicles safely around predetermined residential neighborhoods or business districts.
- Carry Out Local Pickups: Follow pre-determined digital routes using GPS navigation to pickup waste, recycling, or special cargo from customer sites.
- Control Hydraulic Lift Systems: Operate the hydraulic lifting systems to safely load materials into the truck.
- Conduct Pre/Post-Trip Inspection: Carry out rapid safety checks on the vehicles to keep them in peak condition throughout the day.
- Log Pickup Information: Record information about your pickups using a digital device and instantly communicate with local control centers.
Requirements:
- Age requirement: Should be above 21 years
- Should have a valid driver’s license from the state (Local utility/support route requires a standard license while commercial route fleet needs Class A or B CDL).
- No history of traffic violation, dangerous or reckless driving, or accident that could have been prevented in the last 3 years.
- Physically fit – able to lift weights of up to 50 pounds occasionally and function comfortably under different weather conditions outside.
