• Position: Delivery Driver / Independent Contractor (Food, Grocery & Essential Deliveries)

What You’ll Do:

• Pick Up Orders: Either drive, cycle, or use public transportation to pick up your deliveries from the partnering restaurants or supermarkets, taking the food or groceries in secure packaging.
• Navigate to Customers: Use advanced navigation facilities on the app to deliver packages to their destination safely.
• Drop Packages: Place the delivery packages safely at the doorstep of your customers for contactless delivery. Alternatively, you can give the delivery packages to the customers personally.

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: Must be 19+ years old (18+ for bicycle or foot delivery in eligible cities).
• Must have a car, scooter or bicycle to work depending on what’s allowed in your city.
• You need a drivers license and auto insurance if you plan to drive.
• You must have driven for least one year in the US if you plan to use a car.
• You need an iPhone or Android phone that can run the Uber Driver app.
