• Position: Customer Service Associate (Work from Home)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Location: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia & Nationwide (USA) — Openings available near your zip code.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time and part-time positions available (24/7 shift rotation).
• Flexible schedules including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Working at night or, on weekends is usually a little better because we pay an extra for these shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Support: Talk with Amazon customers by phone, chat, or email to sort out any issues with their orders, shipping, or accounts.
• Problem Solving: Handle problems as they come, find quick solutions, and turn a bad experience into a good one.
• Navigate Systems: Use Amazon’s internal tools and software to check order updates and guide customers through their questions.
• Maintain Quality: Stick to Amazon’s high customer service standards—stay friendly, professional, and efficient every time you help.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have an internet connection that is fast and reliable. It is better if you have an Ethernet connection.
• The customer service job requires you to be reliable and punctual and to type and talk at the time.
