What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Provide assistance to the company’s customers when they face any trouble related to streaming problems, technical glitches, and profile creation.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide assistance to customers with basic troubleshooting tips that could be done through different devices such as smart televisions, gaming consoles, tablets, and phones.
• Subscription Assistance: Assists the customer members in changing their subscription plans (from Standard to Premium) and their payment information.
• Feedback Collection: Collect feedback provided by the subscribers on the performance of the software and make necessary changes.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Workplace: Personal working area at home with minimal distractions with an assured closing door for security.
• Internet connection: High-speed internet connection for efficient handling of live databases and continuous streaming tools.
• Passion for films, TV series, and digital pop culture along with friendly and patient communication skills.
• No technical certification or logistics-related degree is required—only passion and helpful attitude matter!
