• Position: Warehouse Associate / Order Selector (Distribution Hub Operations)

What You’ll Do:

• Receive & Unload Cargo: Safely unload bulk shipments arriving at the distribution center using automated warehouse machinery or manual power.
• Order Picking & Packing: Read invoice logs and select specific merchandise items from high-density shelves using digital RF scanners to prepare store orders.
• Stock & Stage Inventory: Organize, stack, and move palleted inventory to designated staging areas to keep internal tracking databases fully updated.
• Prepare Shipments: Wrap, securely pack, and safely load cargo pallets onto outgoing distribution trucks bound for regional retail outlets.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Follow all corporate occupational safety procedures and keep warehouse walkways clean, orderly, and entirely hazard-free.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or prior logistics experience required—we value your work ethic over a degree!
• Physically capable—able to comfortably stand, walk, bend, and lift packages up to 50 lbs throughout your scheduled shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly comfortable operating in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
