Job Description

FedEx Ground is looking for hardworking Package Handlers to join our fast-paced logistics hubs.   • Position: Package Handler / Warehouse Associate (Inbound & Outbound Logistics)
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00 – $23.50 per hour (Earn more with overnight shifts and peak-season bonuses!)
  • Location: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia & Nationwide (USA) — FedEx facilities available near your zip code.

Shifts Available:

  • Full-time and part-time positions with incredible schedule flexibility.
  • Multiple shift blocks available: Early Morning, Day, Evening, and Overnight (Saturdays/Sundays included).

What You’ll Do:

  • Sort & Scan Packages: Perform sort and scan of incoming packages, boxes and envelopes by zip codes and delivery routes with handheld digital scanners.
  • Load & Unload Trucks. Carefully and efficiently load out delivery vans or unload massive incoming freight trailers.
  • Palletize Cargo: Safely stack and arrange heavy boxes on pallets, being mindful of fragile items.
  • Move Merchandise – Walk, lift and maneuver packages safely around the warehouse floor to keep the conveyor belts moving smoothly.
  • Keep Safety Standards Follow all FedEx safety rules to ensure the facility is safe, clean, secure and accident free for all.

Requirements:

  • Age requirement: 18+ years old minimum.
  • High school diploma or GED not required, no previous warehouse experience needed.
  • Reliable, punctual and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Physically fit – able to stand and walk for long hours and lift packages up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
