FedEx is seeking reliable and energetic Delivery Drivers to join our local route operations. • Position: Delivery Driver / Courier (Local & Residential Routes)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $18.50 – $26.00 per hour (Plus safety bonuses, route incentives, and overtime perks!)
• Location: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia & Nationwide (USA) — Dispatch stations available near your zip code.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time and part-time shifts tailored to offer excellent work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

• Loading and Sorting: Load packages into the delivery vehicle in the morning to be able to deliver packages to your assigned route effectively.
• Drive Local Deliveries: Perform deliveries of packages safely in your community using your delivery van/box truck using GPS mapping services.
• Delivery Services: Make deliveries of envelopes and boxes at customers’ doorsteps and collect signatures where necessary.
• Scanning of Cargo: Make use of handheld scanning devices to scan barcodes for successful deliveries to update the tracking of your orders.
• Drive with Caution: Be mindful of all traffic regulations and adhere to defensive driving rules by FedEx.

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent not needed for many positions at this company.
• Always on time, reliable, and able to walk/stand for hours.
• Physically able to carry up to 40-50 pounds and endure all sorts of weather (as you will go outside briefly to load vehicles).
