What You’ll Do:

• Order Problem Resolution: Help customers, dashers, and restaurant partners through online chat, emails, and calls to resolve order issues such as missing items, delays, or cancellation of orders.
• Manage Refunds/Credits: Identify problems with orders and make prompt refunds, credits, or re-deliveries as per the DoorDash policy.
• Manage Digital Platforms: Work on DoorDash’s own digital platforms for tracking the status of deliveries and maintaining the account activities.
• Be Helpful: Offer effective solutions while communicating in a friendly manner that can help relieve tensions from any situation.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Requires working in a quiet environment with no distractions while on duty.
• Reliable, fast broadband Internet (wired Ethernet Internet connection is preferred).
• Should be able to work efficiently by carrying out several tasks at the same time, such as typing, chatting, and researching orders.
• Previous customer service/call center experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
