FedEx Ground is looking for hardworking Warehouse Associates (Package Handlers) to join our fast-paced logistics hubs. • Position: Warehouse Associate / Package Handler (Inbound & Outbound Logistics)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00 – $23.50 per hour (Earn more with overnight shifts and peak-season bonuses!)
• Location: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Georgia & Nationwide (USA) — FedEx facilities available near your zip code.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time and part-time positions with incredible schedule flexibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Sort & Scan Packages Sort incoming packages and boxes by zip codes and delivery routes with handheld digital scanners.
• Load & Unload Trucks Carefully and efficiently load outgoing delivery vans or unload massive incoming freight trailers.
• Palletize Cargo: Properly stack and organize heavy boxes on pallets, being careful with fragile items.
• Move Merchandise. Safely walk, lift and maneuver packages throughout the warehouse floor to keep the conveyor belts moving smoothly.
• Keep the Facility Clean, Secure and Accident-Free: Adhere to all FedEx safety rules to keep the facility safe and accident-free for everyone.

Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED, previous warehouse experience not required.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Physically fit – can stand and walk for long hours, and lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
