What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Support ALDI customers via phone, live chat or email with questions about order status, store policies, digital refunds and curbside pickup issues.
• Resolve Enquiries: Manage daily shopping feedback in a friendly and efficient manner, making sure that every customer leaves with a positive experience.
• Navigate Data Systems: Access ALDI’s internal digital tracking tools to check product availability, and accurately log customer inquiries.
• Service Quality: Consistently deliver on ALDI’s signature standards of simple, efficient and warm professional service in every single interaction.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A home office setup free of distractions and with a door that can close so no background noise can be heard.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection (wired connection is highly preferred for system stability) is a must.
• Good multi-tasker. On time and dependable. For instance typing up updates while chatting with a customer comfortably.
