Costco Wholesale is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our virtual operations team. What You’ll Do:

• Member Support: Provide help to Costco customers through calls, chat, or email to answer queries on order tracking, refund, renewal, or online orders.
• Problem-solving: Answer customer queries in an efficient manner, solve problems related to bulk order tracking, and ensure top-level services to customers.
• Navigate Systems: Employ Costco’s digital systems to find stock in warehouses and to update status on e-commerce orders.
• Quality: Maintain the level of service that is expected from Costco in terms of being friendly, professional, and efficient.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18+ years old
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home with a closing door to prevent background noise.
• The internet connection should be fast and stable. (a wired Ethernet connection is highly preferred)
• Needs to be punctual, reliable, and good at multi-tasking such as typing while talking to members.
